If I was asked to rate all the professionals that have worked for me on any projects, Anil would surely be number 1. He is an excellent programmer and designer. He's got great technical skill but what I liked most about him is his timeliness. Most of the time he fixed a lot of issues on the fly while talking to me on the phone.
