Responsibilities / Role Description:

• Create visual graphical design, including typography, visual concept, composition, layout, color for websites and web applications.
• Identify and express the objectivity and branding of the organization vis-a-vis the objectives through the design concepts.
• Coordinate with the Technology & Content teams in evolving an appropriate UI for the online and offline applications.
• Participate in the design and production of visual comps, style guides, and other graphic design documentation.

Desired Profile / Skills:

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Advanced understanding of design principles such as color, typography, layout, and information design.
• Must have expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Macromedia Dreamweaver. Working knowledge of Macromedia Flash is required.
• Ability to function with limited supervision at a demanding pace.
• Should have understanding of corporate branding and the ability to generate strong concepts based on brand and business strategies.
• Solid understanding of Web production process.
